These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and installation of products and services by Maximum Quality Windows and Doors (“the Company”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
01 Quotes and Orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Orders become binding upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs change materially between quote and production.
02 Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to commence production. The balance is due upon installation completion. We accept e-transfer, cheque and major credit cards.
03 Warranty
Our products are covered by manufacturer warranties as detailed in the product specifications provided with your order. Workmanship is warranted for two years from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance or structural movement of the building.
04 Installation
Installation is carried out by our own team. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property and to ensure the installation area is clear and accessible on the agreed date.
05 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages arising from our products or services.
06 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
