Windows & doors, built by hand
in Toronto.

Every window starts life at our Ronson Drive facility in Toronto. From raw extrusion to installation across Ontario, here is how we work.

In-house from start to finish.

We design, manufacture and install — no outsourcing, no middlemen. Our team controls every step of the process, which means tighter tolerances, faster lead times and a warranty we can stand behind completely.

Our 11-step process has been refined over two decades and more than 1,500 completed projects.

Step 01

Consult & Measure

We start on-site: measuring your openings, assessing structural constraints and discussing finishes, hardware and delivery. Nothing is assumed — every project starts with your exact requirements.

Step 02

Designed & Engineered

Our team draws up each window and door to the millimetre — balancing thermal performance, structural load and visual proportion before a single piece of material is ordered.

Step 03

Source Material

We source only certified aluminum extrusions and virgin-recipe vinyl compound from approved suppliers. Raw materials are inspected on arrival and stored under controlled conditions.

Step 04

Cut & Machine

CNC cutting centres process each extrusion to exact length and angle. Our machines are calibrated daily to tolerances measured in tenths of a millimetre.

Step 05

Fabricate & Weld

Vinyl frames are fusion-welded at the corners for a joint stronger than the profile itself. Aluminum frames are mechanically joined with thermal break inserts pressed into each mullion.

Step 06

Seal the Glass

Insulated glass units are assembled and sealed in our glazing bay. We use argon fill and warm-edge spacers to deliver the rated U-values stamped on every unit.

Step 07

Fit the Hardware

Handles, locks, tilt-turns and restrictor hardware are fitted, adjusted and cycle-tested. Hardware is sourced from European manufacturers meeting Canadian security and safety standards.

Step 08

Inspect & Test

Every finished unit undergoes a multi-point quality inspection: squareness check, glass clarity, hardware operation, seal integrity and weatherstrip compression — all logged before shipment.

Step 09

Finish & Coat

Aluminum profiles are powder-coated in our spray booths to the colour and sheen chosen at design stage. The cured finish exceeds AAMA 2604 standards for chalk and fade resistance.

Step 10

Deliver & Install

Our own installation crew delivers and fits every unit — no subcontracting. We protect your home during installation and leave with the site cleaned and a walkthrough completed.

Step 11

Walkthrough & Warranty

After installation, a project supervisor walks through every window and door with you. Warranty documentation is handed over and any snag-list items are scheduled for follow-up.
